I wrote my book called Over 40 Fit and Fab in 2008. It was an arduous project however I was advised by my coach at the time that it was important for me to be taken seriously as a coach.

Anybody? Somebody? Hahaha

Today I decided to flip through some of the book pages and see what shows up that I can share of value. I wrote 40-plus blogs (which can be found on the BLOG page of my website) last year and feature “Self-help” videos on IG and TikTok all the time. However, I thought that by giving you little bites today they may land inside of you helpfully and productively.

So, here we go:
