THERE IS ALWAYS TIME TO GROW

THERE IS ALWAYS TIME TO GROW

Eventually, we reach a point in our lives when we realize we have more time behind us than we do before us.  It is natural for a certain sense of urgency to arise inside that leads us to question our purpose; who am I, what is still left undone, why am I here?

The life we have lived thus far may not appear like we have done enough.  We tend to think about our lives and accomplishments as being “less than” and we take them for granted vs. focusing on the vast accomplishments we have made since day one!

However, because it does insinuate to many of us a time of significant transition giving full attention to the new undiscovered can also be exciting.

An image that comes up to me is like swinging on a pendulum that goes from one side facing fear and anxiety to the other being surrounded by serenity and contentment. Often, we simply go through a period of feeling rather out of sorts. But don’t stay here…there is “gold in them thar hills” and it’s time to go sifting new rivers and streams.

The physical, emotional, and mental changes that occur as we get older, no matter what age, can make aging appear to create a multitude of overwhelming next steps. However, once we’ve come to a semblance of comfort with the reality of what those changes could possibly be we may joyfully discover more possibilities to explore as the fear of being stuck lessens.

We so often beat ourselves up for the things we haven’t done plus the things we did but wish we hadn’t. But what we forget is that this type of mindset assumes that there is no opportunity in the future to continue to grow, to forgive, to develop, explore, and experience a newly enhanced us. When we remember that what we desire in this life, our passions, dreams, hopes, and desires are not intended to never ever come true, but they are to be acted upon. The discomfort we experience is the lesson and from there, the learning.

The Universe is waiting for instructions as to how it can help.

When you decide to fulfill your purpose; when you choose and say “yes” at any age, your soul gets excited because it can now start showing you what it is like to experience new varieties of positive and progressive growth spurts. This is where the joy of your life can definitely take hold and escalate!

Know this to be true…

The nature of the Universe is benevolent. All that is good, thoughtful, kind, considerate, magnanimous, philanthropic, and humanitarian…all that is love is available to us all. And with assistance from the Universe, there are no restrictions, no rules, no boundaries, no judgments, and no projection. There may appear to be a false sense of nothingness, yet in truth, there is absolutely Everything. It is up to us to trust in ourselves and be excited about using onward motion to see what lies ahead.

Are you ready?
