WHY GRATITUDE

WHY GRATITUDE

Gratitude has the power to reignite bravery and unveil a realm of marvels. It triumphs over remorse, self-pity, helplessness, and victimhood. When we embrace the responsibility of cherishing our existence on this planet, we unlock a genuine opportunity to observe and embrace myriad reasons for gratitude. This journey towards wholeness enables us to share this enchanting, mystical sentiment with the world.

Embracing a life infused with gratitude ensures that you consistently offer your best self. It means your spirit always finds a wellspring of inspiration and renewal. With time, it becomes effortless.

As you begin to cultivate gratitude—a practice that requires commitment to integrate into your daily routine—you'll notice a transformation in how you engage with the world that you may look upon as little miracles.

I've adopted the habit of checking in with my inner child to gauge her feelings about our journey. Trust me, your inner child has plenty to say, often offering intriguing, if not unexpected, insights! Sometimes, I (we) pause to bask in the warmth of the sun on my/our face, soaking in gratitude for the comforting embrace it provides. If I'm/we’re near a park on a pleasantly mild day, I/we relish the sensation of grass underfoot, evoking fond memories of carefree hot summer days spent running through the sprinklers.

I once heard that life can be lived in two ways: believing nothing is a miracle, or believing everything is. Think about this: Why couldn't miracles exist? And why shouldn't you be the one to receive them, especially since, whether you realize it or not, you are bestowed with them all the time!

With many blessings,

P.S.  Who or what are you consistently grateful for?  Please share with me/us!!
